Dimensional characteristics :

L = Steel Tube Length.
NC = Non-heating length.
SL = Cable length.
Watertight brazed bottom.

Standard CCBCs

Length of low density cartridge : from 30 mm to 2000 mm.


Current standard diameters:


Stainless steel tube : 9.45 - 10 - 11 - 12 - 12.5 - 12.7 - 13 - 14 - 15 - 15.8 - 16 - 16.5- 17 - 18 - 19 - 20 - 22 - 24 - 25 - 26 and 32.
Brass tube : 12.7

Other diameters on demand.


 

Tolerances :
 

On the diameter : -0 +0.2mm.
On the length : ± 2mm.
On the straightness : 0.1mm/100 mm.
On the power : +5% -10%.
On the ohm value : +10% -5% of the value calculated under heat.

Important : the charge above is given for information only. For utilizations at very high temperatures, we recommend not to change the CCBC over :

7.0 W/cm² to 500°C :
6.0 W/cm² to 550°C :
5.0 W/cm² to 600°C :
3.5 W/cm² to 650°C :

The hole fit between the CCBC and its casing must be between 0.2 and 0.3 mm and it must be the closest to the minimum when the charge or the temperature are high .
