It is essential that heating element is in good contact with part to be heated up. Use a tightening back plate (maximum crushing of heating element during tightening is 0.05mm). We can cut mounting holes in heating element on request and we can supply tightening back plates too. We advise you to fit a thermal insulator on the outside of back plate to improve heating element output and to limit heat losses.
